Parna terms and conditions

Order acceptance

An automatiaclly generated email confirms that your email has been received. This is not confirmation that your order has been accepted and in the rare instance that an item is no longer in stock we will notify you as soon as possible, at the latest within 24 hours of the order having been received


All online payment is via secure servers. We do not have access to your credit or debit card details.

Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer  or via paypal/moneybookers.

Items are not despatched until payment is received

Out of stock items

We will notify you as soon as possible if your ordered item is out of stock. We do not accept any liability for any loss resulting from item not being available.


We want you to be delighted with your  purchases  from parna.

We will give a  full refund on items returned within 14 working days of receipt . The exception to this is bespoke pieces where refund will only be given if there is a fault with the piece.

All items must be returned in original condition and insured to full value with package and postage paid. Please email us on textiles@parna.co.uk with your intent to return.

Refunds will usually be given in the manner that the product was paid for. ,In the case of Moneybookers being used for payment refund will be given by cheque or bank transfer.

Data protection/privacy

In accordance with the data protection act we do not use or store any of your personal data for purposes other than to send you your purchased item or newsletter if you are a subscriber

This site uses cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart and to remember your details during the checkout process

The cookie itself does not hold any personal information, just a unique reference to that information on our servers. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to use this site fully.



Unless otherwise stated  orders will processed and posted  within 1-4 working days  of payment being received. The exception to this are bespoke items for which 6 weeks shoudl be allowed and fabric from rolls and cart covers  for which twoweeks should be allowed

Please email textiles@parna.co.uk if you have any queries regarding the despatch time of particular items.

Items will be sent within the UK by registered mail, parcelforce or courier. If you would like your order sent by an alternative or particular method please email us.

Please email for details of postage on international orders. For international bulk orders courier services may provide a quicker and more cost effective service particularly for parcels over 2000g in weight.

Import Tax

Goods  for delivery outside the UK,  may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Force Majeurs

We cannot accept reponsibility for late deliveries for  reasons beyond our control i.e strikes, weather conditions,” acts of god”

Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of United kingdom law
