I have two of these antique embroidered panels,

Hand embroidered on a home loomed cloth, typical of that woven in the Carpathians in Ukraine 

Probably from  Ukraine, early 20th century 

The cloth is intact but is thin in places, not suitable for upholstery.

The two pieces were originally joined. Probably used as a wall hanging around two walls of a peasant house.
