Hungarian vintage linen is world renowned for its quality. Most of what is referred to as Hungarian linen is in fact hemp. Most of which has been home grown, harvested , spun and loomed. Many hours of work went into each metre of finished product. These fabrics were loomed on narrow home looms  and most are no greater than 60 cm in width.

Vintage  flour and grain sacks make fabulous cushion covers, the cloth has a wonderful texture and dates from between 1900- 1940. It is original, eco- friendly  tough and functional .
