Hand cut felt cushion. Made un Hungary using a traditional technique.  A pattern is first drawn on wjhat wikll be the top layer of felt, the piece of felt is sewn onto the base following the stitches following the pattern, the top layer is then cut around teh sewn lines revealing the bottom layer. Made by a master craftswoman in Hungary.
